Summary 0000107: Eating massive cpu cycles, does not shutdown (1.0.558)
Description I haven't figured out what triggers it, but twice now, at a random moment, torsion begins to suck up all the cpu cycles. Once it has started, exiting the application will not stop it and it continues to spin like crazy until you manually shut the process down. I'll try to be more observant and figure out what is triggering the behavior.

Ways I've noticed it happening:
1) Create a new script file using the File menu command. But then decided to actually use it as a text file. When I saved the file as [filename].txt it started to eat all the cpu cycles.
2) Was copying a directory from one place in the games' directory structure to another spot in it.
3) I think it also is conflicting with my subversion client tortoise some how.

I found this one and fixed it. The script scanner was hanging in the code completion thread which caused it not stop on exit. Should be working now.
