Summary 0000131: Cannot delete a .cs file if it is not opened.
Description If I right-click an unopened .cs file in my project, the delete-option is grayed out. If, however, I open it first, then I can delete it (and it offers to delete the .dso file as well, which is nice). But then I have to close my file again and make sure it's not saved.

Would be better the other way around: I cannot delete it as long as I have it opened, but I can delete it when it is closed.

UPDATE: the above bug only pops up if NO .CS files are opened whatsoever. At that point, I cannot delete any of them. As soon as ANY of the .cs files is opened (so it does not have to be this file) I can delete it by right-click and select delete.
